Simply Clean Wood Floor Restoration was started by Chris (owner) 15 years ago as Simply Clean Carpet Care. Simply Clean Carpet Care has been the go-to carpet, tile & upholstery cleaning service for the Springboro & Centerville area for the last 15 years. Over the years, Chris noticed many of his customers had very challenged wood floors, but most customers didn’t want the expense & hassle of traditional wood floor refinishing methods. So, just like with Simply Clean Carpet care, Chris set out to make wood floor refinishing more accessible, & better, for his customers. Due to popularity, Simply Clean Wood Floor Restoration now services the entire Dayton area.

Chris learned most of his customers do not require a full, deep sanding. Instead, Chris employs “screen sanding”, which shaves a very thin top-layer, without creating dust. The process smooths out the floors and prepares them for two coats of top-of-the-line, ceramic finish. Most services are completed in one day & customers are back on their floors by early evening that same day. The majority of services cost around 25% of traditional refinishing.
